Who we are

Rörelse is a physiotherapy clinic at Fleminginkatu 12, 00530 Helsinki. We are responsible for the personal data we collect about you as a patient, a class member or a visitor to this site.

What we collect

• Your name, date of birth, phone number and email address
• Your health information, including what you tell us, our assessment notes and your exercise plan
• Insurance or employer details when we bill them for you
• Booking and payment history

Why we collect it

We use your information to treat you safely, keep your patient record, send booking reminders and bill you or your insurer. Health information is only used for your care.

Your patient record

Patient records are kept securely for as long as the law requires. Only the physiotherapist treating you, and colleagues you agree to, can read your notes.

Who we share it with

• Your insurer or employer, only when they pay for your visit and only what they need
• A doctor or surgeon, only with your permission
• Our booking and payment providers, who process data on our behalf under contract

We never sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask to see your record, correct it, or ask us to limit how we use it. Write to privacy@rorelse.test and we will reply within one month.
