It started with one room in Kallio
Elin opened Rörelse in 2016 in a single room above a bakery on Fleminginkatu. She had spent eight years in a hospital clinic where appointments ran fifteen minutes and nobody saw the same physiotherapist twice.
The idea was simple: a full hour, one physiotherapist who knows your story, and exercises you can fit around a normal week. Mikael joined in 2019, Chiara in 2022, and the clinic now takes up the whole first floor.
It still feels like that first room. Wood floors, linen on the tables, daylight, and nobody watching the clock.

How we work
Three promises we have kept since the first patient walked in.
One person, start to finish
You see the same physiotherapist every visit, so nothing gets lost between appointments.
An hour, not fifteen minutes
First visits are a full hour and follow ups forty five minutes. Enough time to find the cause.
Exercises you will actually do
Three or four movements, filmed on your phone, that fit around work and family.
The people who will treat you
Three physiotherapists, one clinic. You see the same person every visit, so nothing is ever explained twice.
