Booking

You can book online, by phone or at the clinic. Your time is confirmed when you receive a confirmation by email or text message.

Moving or cancelling

You can move or cancel a visit free of charge up to 24 hours before your time. Later than that, or if you do not come, we charge half the visit fee.

Classes can be cancelled up to six hours before they start, and the class goes back on your card.

Payment

Visits are paid at the clinic by card at the end of each visit, unless your insurer or employer is billed directly. If your insurer declines a claim, you pay the visit fee.

Class cards

A class card covers ten classes and is valid for six months from your first class. Cards can be paused for illness or travel. They cannot be refunded.

Your health

Tell us about any illness, medicine or recent surgery before treatment. If you feel unwell on the day, call us and we will move your visit without a fee.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
