Elin opened the clinic in 2016 after ten years in sports physiotherapy. She treats runners, walkers and anyone whose knees have started to complain.

How I work
I want you to understand what is going on, so I explain as I go. Most of the first visit is listening and testing, and you leave with three exercises, not twelve.
Who I see most
Runners training for their first marathon, people coming back after knee surgery, and walkers who have quietly stopped walking because something hurts.
Outside the clinic
Long, slow runs around Töölönlahti, cross country skiing in winter, and a sauna afterwards whenever possible.

Seven people at most, €22 a drop in or ten for €180.
